This fills launch and navigate URL with the simulator /start URL, so profiles enter a queue without manually pressing Start Queue.

Launch control

Tiling uses a deterministic grid: Profile 1 top-left, then left-to-right and top-to-bottom. Retile can be used after opening Fleet Manager if windows have moved.
